At some point we all get sick in life but most importantly we need to be able to take care of ourselves.
Here's a list of common diseases in the world.
- Diabetes - It is a chronic illness that develops when the body either cannot utilize the insulin that the pancreas generates properly or does not create enough of it. A hormone called insulin controls blood sugar levels.
- Cardiovascular diseaseA condition of the heart or blood vessels is referred to as having cardiovascular disease (CVD) in general. There can be a reduction in blood flow to the body, brain, or heart as a result of: fatty deposit accumulation inside an artery, which causes atherosclerosis and a blood clot (atherosclerosis),
